Ahmad Fardeen is a civil engineer specializing in urban planning with over seven years of professional experience. He earned his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Urban Planning) from Tokai University, Japan (2016) and a Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience (Geography) from Kabul University, Afghanistan (2011).
Fardeen began his career at Kabul Municipality (2016–2023) as a Land Readjustment Specialist, where he led major projects in land use planning, urban redevelopment, and zoning. His work included preparing base maps, infrastructure plans, feasibility studies, and negotiating with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Currently, he works as a Land and House Surveying Officer at a plot surveying company in Tokyo, Japan (2024–Present). His responsibilities involve land measurement using Total Station, processing surveying data, creating accurate maps, and coordinating with landowners.
Fardeen is fluent in Dari/Persian (native), highly proficient in English, and has a good command of Japanese. He has also participated in numerous international training programs on land readjustment and urban redevelopment supported by JICA in Japan and India. His technical skills include GIS, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and Microsoft Office.
With a solid academic background, international exposure, and hands-on field expertise, Ahmad Fardeen brings strong knowledge in urban planning, surveying, and land management to the team.
